Vintage RHACO brand series V clamp-on filter holder for lens barrels from around 30mm to 33mm OD, made in Germany, probably before WWII as it looks to nickel plated. Clamps on the front of your lens, no threads needed. Designed to be used with the thin glass Series V filters only, those mounted in metal rings would be too thick.
