“CAM-ALL” TAKANASHI Camera Chain accepts the return within 30 days from your invoice date.
Before shipping the item, you must contact us by E-mail.
The return is subject to the following conditions;
NEW items must be in perfect, brand new condition. NO signs of usage. It must be placed in the manufacturer’s original undamaged box with accessories, instruction manual and manufacturer’s originally unused warranty cards.
Used items must be in the same condition as we shipped.
Returned items must be shipped to CAM-ALL and prepaid. NO COD’s are accepted.
Returned items do not meet the above conditions will be subject to a minimum 20% of the price you purchased.

Warranty
“CAM-ALL” TAKANASHI Camera Chain warrants any equipment those price must be more than 0 against defect for 90 days from your invoice date.
Warranty is voided in the condition such as the damage or misuse caused by the customer or any other damage caused by the natural disaster or fire and so on.
Defective items must be return CAM-ALL by customer’s own expenses.
After receiving, we decide whether the item must be replaced or refunded and let you know as soon as possible.
