All measurements are made by lying clothing flat
and then measuring and then doubling that measurement.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wow, crazy rare true vintage 60's/70's era donegal tweed suit completely unworn, minty fresh! The jacket nor the pants have the original store tags, but the vest does - however the jacket and pants still look and feel equally as crisp and new as the vest with the tags, in fact the pants still have some of the tag threading still present in the waistline from where the external store size tag was removed, and the jacket's pocket flaps/lapels/sleeve openings still feel basically undisturbed and on the interior lining pocket it still has the original factory inspection tag too. Features a brownish gray blended wool donegal tweed shell with random grayish/blue and burnt orange fleck, mega attractive! Sports a two button front with flap front waist pockets and notch lapels, three buttons per sleeve cuff, a partially lined interior with beautiful original old labels on the interior as well as crisp lining and lining pockets, then a single vent in the rear. The vest has a five button front with no adjustment strap or tabs in the back, has a pair of faux slot style front waist pockets, these are design features only and serve no utilitarian function. The pants have a flat front waist with no cuffs on the leg openings, and again the interior waistline lining is really fresh and crisp feeling like it's undisturbed.
Notes: The store tag on the vest is tagged a size 41 L, for the vest. I don't see any other size tags on the jacket, but it seems to measure out and fit more like a modern 40 L, so it looks like the original customer sized up the vest a tad, please just go by our physical measurements we have listed below, just to be sure. Also all extra fabric measurement numbers below represent the amount you can let out and still have room to set a seam.
